Terms of Service

Scrolltime is an iOS app and website that helps people interrupt automatic app-opening habits. You are responsible for how you configure app blocks, Screen Time permissions, schedules, and any other controls.

You may use Scrolltime only if you can form a binding agreement with us and comply with these Terms and applicable laws. If you use Scrolltime for a child or someone else, you are responsible for having the right to do so.

Scrolltime is a behavior-support tool. It is not medical, mental health, counseling, or emergency advice. We do not promise that Scrolltime will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or solve every phone-use problem.

If Scrolltime offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Apple may handle payment processing, cancellation, refunds, and billing support under Apple’s terms.

We may use Superwall to present paywalls, offers, and subscription-related experiences. Prices, trials, and features may change, but active subscription rights will be handled according to the terms shown at purchase and Apple’s rules.

Do not misuse Scrolltime, interfere with the service, attempt to access systems without permission, reverse engineer restricted parts of the app, or use Scrolltime in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, and any related accounts secure.

Scrolltime may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, including waitlist features, app-blocking behavior, analytics, paywalls, and subscriptions.

We try to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every iOS Screen Time behavior will work the same across devices, iOS versions, or Apple policy changes.

Scrolltime, the website, app design, branding, text, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You may send us comments, ideas, or feedback. We may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Scrolltime is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You may stop using Scrolltime at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the service unlawfully.
